At Shumaker Technology Group (STG), our goal is to ensure that you love your new website as much as we do.

Based on the feedback received, we believe the website prototype now accurately reflects your expectations. Similar to how a builder uses blueprints to construct a home, we rely on this prototype to guide the development of your final website. If there are any concerns or requested adjustments, we kindly ask that you communicate them prior to the start of development. We want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your new website design before moving forward.

The prototype includes all finalized content or appropriate placeholders for any remaining content still in progress, excluding minor items (e.g., text changes, photo swaps, staff changes, etc.) that cannot be accounted for at this time.

All relevant stakeholders (e.g., Board Members, Council Members, Department Heads, Managers) have been given the opportunity to review the prototype and have approved moving forward with the design and functionality presented.

Approval of this prototype signifies your acknowledgment that it represents the intended final product of the website. This sign-off authorizes the transition from the prototyping phase to the development phase, during which the website will be constructed in accordance with the approved specifications.

Please note:

Requests for substantial design changes, additional features, or major modifications beyond the scope of this approved prototype may necessitate additional time and resources. Such changes may extend the development timeline and could result in additional costs, depending on the scope and complexity of the request.
